Maven项目中配置build resource来防止资源导出失败问题

在maven项目的pom文件中通过配置build，关闭对某些资源的过滤，从而防止资源导出失败。

其中关闭了对xml文件和properties文件的过滤，如果还需要保留其他的文件可以通过include进行添加。

注意：在添加了此段代码后需要刷新maven，不然可能不能生效。
