1，您的故障w2019安装了远程桌面会话主机角色了吗？

2. 故障发生时是否能本地等故障w2019 ?

3. 您故障服务器的硬件配置如何？

4.问题发生时请记录问题的具体时间(时分秒)，看看这个时间点及以前，是否有相关的日志。

我们需要提前开启wmi 的log,它才能在故障发生时记录日志。
